Broasted Chicken Recipes

If you are looking for broasted chicken recipes, you will be disappointed to know that this type of chicken cannot be recreated at home.

Why? The term “broaster” is a registered trademark of the company Broaster Co. If you have ever had broaster chicken before, it came from this company. Thus, you cannot recreate the process that Broaster Co. uses to prepare its chicken. Since the company uses a complicated pressure cooking and frying system, it is nearly impossible to duplicate. So, if you want some broasted chicken recipes, you might be out of luck. However, you can certainly fry a whole chicken with the hopes that it might taste something like the chicken that the company prepares.

While it is not recommended that you place an entire chicken inside of a pressure cooker, it can be done with extreme caution. Better ways to get that golden fried taste is to purchase a turkey fryer, place the chicken inside of it, set it at a very low heat, and allow the chicken to cook for a long time. Otherwise, placing a whole chicken that has been basted underneath your oven’s broiler is probably a better idea. You won’t be able to get that authentic taste, but you will be able to have some crispy chicken when all is said and done.

Now that you know why creating broasted chicken recipes are impossible, you might consider simply purchasing a few birds from the company directly. If this is an impossibility, you may have to settle for ordering this tasty delight at a restaurant. Some things can be easily duplicated, but others are best left within the secret vaults of the corporate cooking world. Still, every year hundreds of Americans attempt to deep fry their thanksgiving turkeys, so go ahead and give it a shot with a chicken if you want to. However, it should be noted that you must follow all instructions included with the fryer prior to starting the cooking process.

Within the culinary world, some things cannot be explained or re-created. If you are dying for that particular fried chicken taste, contact the company to see whether or not you can order your own set of birds.

Although broasted chicken recipes would be great to have, it just isn’t possible. Those that are creative can try to duplicate that delicious taste, but there are no guarantees as to the outcome.
