Chicken Stir-Fry Recipes

Once you gather together an impressive list of chicken stir-fry recipes, you will never be at a loss for a quick and delicious meal again.

All chicken stir-fry recipes include the same basic ingredients, but the way that this meal is prepared can make each recipe taste quite unique. If you find that you want to tweak the recipe listed below, you can easily add almost any ingredient that you like. The important thing to remember when it comes to this recipe is to invest in a good wok if you don’t already have one. A wok will cook the food at a different temperature than a frying pan will. Also, a wok is a lot deeper than a frying pan, so there is less risk that you will burn or injure yourself.

Free Dinner Planning & Grocery Shopping SheetsTo begin, choose the kind of meat that you want. Most people use boneless, skinless, breasts for this kind of meal, but small chicken thighs can be used too. Gather one container of vegetable oil; two tablespoons of soy sauce; one tablespoon of cornstarch; one cup of orange juice; one pepper, onion, broccoli, and celery stock chopped; and two cloves of crushed garlic. To begin, place enough oil in the bottom of the wok to fry all the ingredients. Then, turn the wok on medium heat, and allow it to heat up before adding any ingredients to it.

As previously mentioned, all chicken stir-fry recipes are a bit different. This one begins by tossing the cubes or chicken (or thighs) in the soy sauce. Then, add the chicken to the wok until it is almost cooked. When it is almost cooked, remove the meat from the wok, and add the chopped vegetables along with the garlic. Meanwhile, mix the orange juice with the cornstarch in a small container. Now, return the chicken to the wok, and toss the orange juice mixture with all of the ingredients. Finally, top the meal off with a squirt of honey (if you want a sweet taste).

Dine Without Whine SampleYou can serve this meal with a side of tasty rice, noodles, or any other side dish. Not only is this meal easy to prepare, it is also incredibly healthy.

Kids, adults, and guests will love any chicken stir-fry recipes that you come up with. Go ahead and add pineapple, nuts, or other ingredients to the mix if you want to experiment.
