Our diverse staff gives students access to European- and American-trained specialists with exceptional backgrounds. Instructors have held high-level industry positions in the Bahamas, England, France, and Germany, and in American locations such as New Orleans, Boston, Cape Cod and Hilton Head Island. Preparing students to excel in the global workplace is our #1 goal. Faculty members serve on the boards of several local, regional and national industry associations, and have collectively received scores of industry awards. Instructors hold several professional certifications including: Certified Master Pastry Chef (French Diploma), Certified Food Executive, and Certifited Executive Chef.
