Lamb with Orange Marinade 

Lamb is a pretty basic food item in the American meal lexicon. Lamb with Orange marinade is a spiced up version of the same old thing. A tasty version.

Stuff You'll Need: 


8 lamb chops
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp oregano
4 cloves garlic
1 orange (for garnish)
Salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
 

Instructions: 

In skillet, brown lamb in oil, drain well. Thoroughly combine wine, orange juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Brush browned lamb with mixture and place in stoneware. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours, or High 4 hours. If desired, garnish with orange slices.
